ABOUT SAMVEL AGHAJANYAN

Samvel Aghajanyan is a photographer specialized in the genres of portrait and commercial photography. He was born in the capital city of Artsakh, Stepanakert. He lives and creates in the inspiring city of Yerevan. Samvel came to Yerevan to study. After graduating from the Yerevan National Academy of Architecture and Construction, he stayed in Yerevan, where he became interested in photography. After some time, choosing the genre of portrait photography as his main creative genre, he began his professional creative path and has remained faithful to the genre of portrait photography to this day.

Human, with all his complexities and versatility, is the highest value in Samvel’s works. His photographs tell about the diversity of a person’s inner emotions, his mission, life path and creative activity. He inspires people with his timeless, emotional and influential photo stories. A photograph in Samvel’s hands is an art, a story, that tells you about a whole life, or some episode of it, in which you are completely absorbed, understand and empathize. His delicate, professional and friendly approach makes the characters in his photographs feel alive and true.
